Do I really need a wedding coordinator?
I can help you make informed decisions while planning your wedding.  Weddings can be frustrating and overwhelming at times.  I enjoy helping bridal couples and their families enjoy the planning process and the wedding day without being worn out in the end.  This allows families to relax and enjoy their time with wedding guests.

What if I want to do all of the planning myself?
A lot of brides, grooms, and their families don’t need or desire help in the planning process.  You don’t have to use a coordinator; however, having a coordinator present, especially on your wedding day, can help alleviate stress.  Any recently married bride can tell you how nice it was (or would have been) to have someone taking care of the little details.  On her wedding day, a bride should be soaking up enjoyable memories, not directing her bridal party down the aisle.

What do you charge for an initial consultation?
I offer a complimentary preplanning meeting for every couple.

How do you charge?
I charge a flat fee for my services and do not take vendor commissions or referral fees.  I pass all discounts on to my clients.

Are your fees all-inclusive?
There are no hidden fees.  However, if the wedding or reception is outside of Allen County, a travel expense will be included.

What will you wear to our event?
I will always be dressed professionally and will blend in with the guests.  I will most likely be wearing a suit or something comparable.

Will you oversee and direct the rehearsal?
Yes, unless the officiant or minister prefers to do so.

How do you deal with last minute changes and emergencies?
I remain calm and do my best to figure out the best solution possible.  I will have a bridal emergency kit on hand as well as phone numbers of all vendors and bridal party members.
